1-1.5 C Oats
1/4 C Frozen Blackberries
1 Ripe Banana
2 (1/4) tsp Baking Powder
1Tbs Maple Syrup
1Tbs Coconut Flour
1/4 C Chocolate Chips
1/4-1/2 C Water
1. Blend everything but the chocolate chips until smooth, then stir in chocolate chips.
2. Add some coconut oil to a hot griddle, allow it to melt.
3. Add dollops of your pretty purple pancake batter. Cook until bubbles form & then flip. Serve with maple syrup, and blackberry preserves.
These lavender colored pancakes are so enchanting, so light and perfect for a Saturday morning. I always look forward to lazy Saturday mornings where I can tip toe around the house in my slippers and robe, drink endless cups of tea and catch up on things from the busy week. I think my favorite part about these pancakes was that I got to use my new cutting board I recently made.
