Post Workout Smoothie | Vanilla, Mango, Strawberry, Ginger & Carrot

1 Cup Frozen Mango
1 Cup Frozen Strawberry
1 Thumb of Frozen Ginger
2 Tbs Madagascan Vanilla Vivolife protein
1 Large juicing Carrot, chopped or broken up
2 C Water (or to preference)
**optional 1-2 Tbs Hemp Seeds
